How I work Collaboratively

I complete Circle of Care Information & Consents with each client during and immediately following assessment.  These are digital documents.  Once I understand who is important to the client and receive consent to collaborate- I follow up with each clinician. I invite your input, and as appropriate review it with the client, so that it can be integrated into our work together.

Why Collaboration is Important To Me

I began my work as a clinical social worker in hospitals, and have always appreciated the interdisciplinary aspect of working on a cohesive team.  This is something I miss in private practice.  Collaboration is beneficial to clients and practitioners.  And it doesn't have to be complicated.
